The cupboard that this sign refers to is a plastic document holder. Weird!

Strange-looking Coffee

This sign is for coffee. The picture has to be the strangest looking coffee I've ever seen.

This is the sign outside Caltex at Moorebank in Sydney.

Truck-breaking hill

I took this photo on the way to Portsmouth, approximately here. To my Aussie eyes this says something like "truck-breaking hill ahead" or "really nasty speed bumps ahead". Notice also that British road signs omit the line in fractions. Weird, ha?

Dreamworld Toilet

This sign is from Dreamworld on the Gold Coast and its just plain silly!

Shoes and Healing?

This shop is at Wynyard Station in Sydney. It looked like a shoe repairer, but the sign implies they have a sideline in traditional medicine or perhaps miracles.

Recycle Non-Recyclable Waste

This must be the fabled philosopher's stone of recycling.

I took this picture in the kitchen of an office I visited late last year. I guess they got all of the signs to match, even if this one doesn't make sense.

What were they thinking?

I can't imagine what this store owner was thinking when they picked the name of their shop.
